宁心红杞胶囊对雌性老龄大鼠垂体-卵巢轴功能的影响

摘    要:
目的宁心红杞胶囊对老龄大鼠雌激素水平及垂体、卵巢、肾上腺的影响。方法14月龄SD雌性大鼠随机分为模型组、阳性药组、宁红低剂量组、宁红中剂量组、宁红高剂量组,4月龄SD雌性大鼠为青年组。给药2个月后,取血、离心,放免(RIA)法测定血清中雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)的水平;垂体、卵巢、肾上腺脏器系数比较。结果宁心红杞胶囊使更年期大鼠血清中原下降的E2水平上升,上升的PSH和LH水平下降,增加垂体、卵巢、肾上腺的质量。结论宁心红杞胶囊能缓解垂体、卵巢、肾上腺的萎缩,调节垂体-卵巢轴功能。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To investigate into the effect of Ningxin Hongqi Capsule on the hormone level, pituitary gland, ovary and adrenal of female senile rats. METHOD SD female senile rats of 14 months old were divided randomly into a model group, a positive drug group, a Ninghong low dosage group, a Ninghong medium dosage group and a Ninghong high dosage group. SD female rats of 4 months old formed a youth group. Two months after drug administration, rat blood was taken and radioimmunoassay was employed to determine the levels of aquadiol, corporin, follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone. The coefficients of the pituitary gland, ovary and adrenal were eompared. RESULT Ningxin Hongqi Capsule could increase the decreased E2 level, decrease the increased FSH and LH level, increase the quality of the pituitary gland, ovary and adrenal. CONCLUSION Ningxin Hongqi Capsule can relieve the atrophy of the pituitary gland, ovary and adrenal and regulate the functions of pituitary gland and ovary axis.
