| 摘 要： | 伴随着产业结构的演化，企业的组织管理模式也必然会相应变化。中药业正从传统产业向现代高科技产业演化。产业链管理把现代中药业看成一个高度专业化又高度集成的链条，要求提高整个中药产业的系统竞争力，具体是：提高现代中药产业链整体的运行效率；促进现代中药产业的结构优化，提高现代中药产业的盈利能力。只有使整个产业有更高的盈利能力，现代中药产业才有可能实现持续快速发展。
