| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨CD44分子与非何杰金淋巴瘤恶性程度和临床分期的关系。方法：应用骨髓单个核细胞进行免疫组化（SABC）的方法，检测非何杰金淋巴瘤骨髓CD44阳性率。结果：非何杰金淋巴瘤骨髓CD44阳性率为80％，实验组与对照组阳性率有显著性差异（P＜0．01），实验组单个核细胞CD44阳性率随病程分期增加阳性率逐渐增高（P＜0．01），随恶性程度增加阳性率增加（P＜0．05）。结论：非何杰金淋巴瘤病人骨髓单个核细胞CD44表达增高，且CD44的增高与病程和恶性程度有关。预测非何杰金淋巴瘤患者的病程和恶性程度。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate relationship between CD44 moleculeof bone marrow mononuclear cells and clinical stage, histological grade in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Method:Detected expression of CD44 molecule of bone marrow mononuclear cells by immuno-histochemicatry.Results:The positive of CD44 expression was 38/45(80%).The positive ratio increase along with the clinical stage advance and the histological grade poor. It is statistic significant. Conclusions: The first is expression of CD44 moleculein bone marrow mononuclear cells of non-Hodgldn's lymphoma increasing and the increasing of CD44 molecule associate with clinical stage and histological grade. The second is that the expression of CD44 may predicate the aggressive disease and advance in Hodgkin's lymphoma. |
