| 摘 要： | 目的 观察失代偿期肝硬化患者无腹水的时血气的变化。方法 对３６例肝硬化无腹水患者进行血气分析，并与３６例正常对照组对比，结果 肝硬化无腹水患者ＰａＯ２和ＰａＣＯ２均较正常对照组低（Ｐ〈０．０１）。结论 失代偿期肝硬化患者无腹水时存在低氧血症及过度通气综合征，适当应用利尿剂和抗组织按药物，有利于患者的病情改善。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the changes of arterial blood gas in nonascitic decompensated hepatocirrhotic patients.Methods:The arterial blood gas changes in 36 patients with nonascitic decompensated hepatocirrhisis and 36 normal controls were analysed.Results:The results showed that the values of PaO 2,CaO 2 and PaCO 2 in the cirrhotic patients were significantly lower than that of normal controls( P <0.01).Conclusions:The nonascitic decompensated cirrhotic patients are complicated with hypoxemia and hyperventilation,diuretic and anti histamine drugs are advantageous for the improvement of the patients. |
