烧伤后早期白色念珠菌粘附肠上皮的防治研究

摘    要:目的:观察烧伤后早期白色念珠菌在下消化道内粘附定植变化,以及应用微生态制剂双歧杆菌的预防效果和机制。方法:无特殊病原菌小鼠67只,肠道给入白色念珠菌,隔离饲养14d后,随机分为伤前对照组(10只),烧伤对照组(29只),烧伤治疗组(28只)。烧伤治疗组和烧伤对照组,小鼠背部致以20%TBSAⅢ°烧伤,烧伤治疗组在伤后经口给入双歧杆菌菌悬液。动物伤后1、2、3d分批活杀,观察以下指标:肠粘膜表面粘附白色念珠菌计数,肠固有层淋巴细胞增殖原位观察,肠粘液中特异抗白念菌SlgA。结果:烧伤对照组以及烧伤治疗组白色念珠菌粘附数量在伤后2、3d均高于伤前对照组,但治疗组明显少于烧伤对照组同时相水平;烧伤治疗组肠固有层淋巴细胞增殖和肠粘液中特异抗白念菌SIgA水平尽管低于伤前水平,但高于烧伤对照组。结论:烧伤后早期可发生白色念珠菌在下消化道内粘附增多,应用微生态制剂双歧杆菌可提高烧伤后肠道粘膜免疫中效应部位的细胞增殖水平,部分减少白色念珠菌粘附。

Abstract:Objective: Observing the adherence of Candida albican to ileum at the early phase postburn, prophylaxis effect and its mechanisim of bifidobacteria on it. Methods: After being fed Candidas then have being reared in the isolated way for 14days, 67 special pathogen free mice were divided into control group, burn control group (BC), and burn treatment group (BT). Mice in burn control group and burn treatment group suffered 20% TBSA full thickness burn, then BT group were fed bifidobacteria suspension daily. Mice were killed on 1, 2, 3 days posburn, adherence of camdi-das, lymphocytes proliferation in lamina propria and specific sIgA to Candida were investigated. Results: Adherence of Candida of 2, 3 days postburn in BC and BT groups were both obviously higher than in control group, while the adherence in BT group were lower than in BC group. Lymphocytes proliferation and specific sIgA in BT group were higher than in BC group, though lower than control group. Conclusion: The guantity of Candida adherence become higher at the early phase postburn, bifidobacteria could improve lymphocytes proliferation in mocosal immunity and partially inhibit Candida adherence.
