摘    要:探讨热线电话在危机干预、心理咨询中的应用。方法:对本院开通的心理热线电话1085例次记录进行统计分析。结果:咨询内容广泛;咨客趋向高文化层次和年轻化;情绪困扰占首位,其次是精神疾病;有关隐私和自杀的话题突出。结论:心理热线电话是时代、社会的需要,是社会区服务的极好形式;相应的咨询技巧有待进一步完善。

Abstract:Objectives To investigate the application of hotline for counseling and crisis intervention.Methods The data of 1085 calls were analysed.Results The clients are mainly young people and high-educated.The most common counseling question is emotional disturbance,followed by mental disorder.Two salient problems are privacy and suicide.Conclusion Hotline is a good form of community services and the demand of social development as well.The counseling skill needs further improvement.
