摘    要:目的建立HPLC/ESI-MS分析鉴定甘草中的主要化学成分的方法。方法 Kromasil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为0.05%甲酸水溶液(A)、乙腈(B),梯度洗脱;紫外检测波长195~400 nm;采用正负离子同时检测模式。结果甘草中的14个黄酮类、8个皂苷类成分和1个香豆素类成分获得了良好的分离与鉴定。结论本方法准确、快速,适合甘草中主要化学成分的鉴定,可用于甘草原药材的质量控制。

Abstract:AIM To establish an HPLC/ESI-MS method for quickly identifying chemical constituents in extracts of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma.METHODS The separation was performed on Kromasil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with a mobile phase of 0.05% formic acid aqueous solution(A) and acetonitrile(B).The flow rate was maintained at 1.0 mL/min and detection wavelength was set at 195~400 nm.The samples were analyzed in both positive and negative modes.RESULTS Fourteen flavonoids,eight saponins and coumarins in extracts of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma could be separated in one run.CONCLUSION The new method is accurate and rapid.It can be used to identify the main chemical constituents in extracts of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and it is suitable for quality control of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma.
