| 摘 要： | 目的：研究归芍通丸的制备及质量控制方法，并观察其临床疗效。方法：通过薄层色谱法对处方中当归、赤芍进行定性鉴别，并对638例不孕症患者进行临床观察。结果：制备方法简便，质控方法可行，临床应用总有效率94．98％。结论：归芍通丸质量稳定，疗效可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the preparation and quality control methods of Guishaotong Wan and observe its clinical therapeutic efficacy.Methods:Angelicae sinensis and Paeoniae Rubra were identified by TLC and observed therapeutic efficacy in 638 patients with lafertility.Results:The preparation of Guishaotong Wan was simple in technology, feasible in quality control and the effective rate of Guishaotong Wan in infertility was 94.98%.Conclusion:The preparation of Guishaotong Wan is stable in quality and reliable in therapeutic efficacy. |
