氯氰菊酯对大鼠肝线粒体,微粒体钙离子转运的影响

摘    要:
采用放射性同位素45Ca体外测定技术,观察了除虫菊酯类农药氯氰菊酯对大鼠肝线粒体、微粒体Ca2+转运的影响。结果表明,氯氰菊酯能明显降低大鼠肝线粒体、微粒体对45Ca主动摄取的能力,且具有明显的剂量一效应关系。同时,它还能显著增加45Ca从线粒体和微粒体内被动流出,也具有明显的剂量一效应关系和时间一效应关系。

Abstract:
Radioactive isotope technique in vitro was used in this paper to observe the effect of Cypermethrin on Calcium transport by rat liver mitochondria and microsome. The result indicated that the activity of the Calcium uptake by mitochondria and microsome was inhibited (P<0. 01 compared with control group) and there was dose-effect relation. At the same time,it can increase significantly the Calcium release from mitochondria and microsome, and there was also dose-effect relation and time-effect relation.
