摘    要:
目的:研究鲑鱼降钙素对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞释放一氧化氮的影响。方法:NO以Griess试剂测定。结果:效价为1-8U/ml的鲑鱼降钙素能显抑制小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞一氧化氮释放,呈现剂量依赖性,抑制率为7.75%-71.44%,结论:鲑鱼降钙素对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞释放一氧化氮的抑制作用可能是其骨质疏松治疗作用的机理之一。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effects of Salcatonin on LPS induced release of NO from mouse peritoneal microphase in vitro . Methods NO was detected by Griess method. Results Salcatonin 1-8 U/ml significantly reduced NO synthesis and secretion from mouse peritoneal microphase in vitro . Conclusion The effects of Salcatonin on LPS induced release of NO from mouse peritoneal microphase in vitro may be one of anti osteoporosis mechanism of Salcatonin.;
