HPLC法测定防风通圣丸中大黄素、大黄酚的含量

目的：建立防风通圣丸中大黄素、大黄酚的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱：Diamonsi C18（250mm×4．6mm，5um），流动相：甲醇-0．1％磷酸溶液（85：15），检测波长：254nm。结果：大黄素和大黄酚分别在3．95～63．20ug（r=0．9999）和6．28～100．40ug（r=0．9993）之间线性关系良好，大黄素的平均加样回收率为98．80％，RSD为0．44％；大黄酚的平均加样回收率为98．88％，RSD为0．13％。结论：该方法准确可靠，分离度好，可用于防风通圣丸的质量控制。

Determination of Emodin and Chrysophanol in Fangfengtongsheng Pill by HPLC

Objective： To establish a method to determine the content of emodin and chrysophanol in Fangfengtongsheng pill. Method： HPLC was used. The separation was performed on Diamonsil C18（250mm× 4.6mm,5 um）with methanol -0.1% phosphoric acid（85： 15） as mobil phase the detecting wavelength was at 254nm. Result： Emodin and chrysophanol showed a good linear relationship within the range of 3.95 - 63.2ug（ r = 0. 999 9） and 6.28 - 100.40ug（ r = 0. 999 3 ）, respectively, the average recovery of emodin was 98.80% with RSD of 0.44%. the average recovery of chrysophanol was 98.88% with RSD of 0.13%, respectively. Conclusion： This method is accurate, and also has good separating degree. It can be used in quality control of Fangfengtongsheng pill.
