| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经面罩无创正压通气（NIPPV）在治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）并急性呼吸衰竭（ARF）中的疗效。方法：选取适当COPD并ARF的患者共32例，分成A、B两组，B组进行常规治疗，A组在常规治疗基础上加用NIPPV。结果：A组在pH、心率（HR）、呼吸（RR）、平均血压（MBP）、住院天数与B组差异明显（P〈0．05），PaO2、PaCO2与B组存在显著差异（P〈0．01）。结论：以NIPPV治疗早期COPD并ARF患者，可以提高抢救成功率，避免了早期气管切开或插管，缩短了住院时间。 |
