光棒引导下气管插管的临床应用

目的:对光棒引导气管插管方法的临床效果及安全性等进行探讨和评价。方法:80例行气管插管的患者,随机分为光棒引导组(A组)和喉镜组(B组),观察记录两组插管时间、循环监测指标及不良反应。结果:A组患者插管时间明显短于B组(P<0.05),A组咽喉疼痛病例明显少于B组(P<0.05),B组患者插管后1 min MAP、HR与诱导前比较明显增加(P<0.05),A、B两组患者插管后1 min MAP和HR比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组插管成功率是一样的。结论:光棒插管技术简便实用,容易掌握,并发症少,成功率高。

Clinical application of trachea cannula under the guidance of light-sticks

Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect and reliability of endotracheal intubation under the guidance of light-stick. Methods ： Eighty patients were evenly randomized into group A （light-stick） and B （fiberoptic laryngoscope） and the changes of MAP, HR, time consumption of intubation and side effect were recorded. Results ： Group A consumed less time for the intubation than group B （P 〈 0.05） and sorethroat symptom in group A was less seen frequently compared with group B （P〈0.05）. Elevated MAP and rapid HR were found 1 min after intubation in group B, which suggested significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）, but the incubation went smoothly in both groups. Conclusion：Endotracheal intubation technique guided by the light-stick is easy to perform with less complications.
