| 摘 要： | 目的观察脉络宁口服液对大鼠大脑中动脉缺血再灌注(MCAO)的影响。方法采用线栓法制成MCAO模型,研究脉络宁口服液对MCAO大鼠神经行为学、脑梗塞率、脑含水量、脑指数和脑匀浆指标的影响。结果脉络宁口服液可显著降低脑含水量、脑指数、脑梗塞率,提高SOD活力,降低NOS活性及MDA含量。结论脉络宁口服液对脑缺血具有保护作用,机理与抗氧化有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the protective effect of Mailuoning oral liquid against cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rats.MethodsThe animal model was established by middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO).We investigated the neurological deficits scores,cerebral water content,cerebral index,the activities of SOD,NOS and the content of MDA.ResultsMailuoning oral liquid can significantly reduce the neurological deficits scores,cerebral water content,cerebral index,decrease activity of NOS and the content of MDA,increase SOD activity.ConclusionMailuoning has protective effect against cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rats via its antioxidant activity. |
