乙型肝炎患者外周血淋巴细胞糖皮质激素受体及血浆皮质醇变化的初步研究

应用放射配体结合测定法、放射免疫测定法测定１１０例乙型病毒性肝炎（乙肝）患者外周血淋巴细胞糖皮质激素受体（ＧＲ）与血浆皮质醇（Ｆ）的变化。其中急性重症肝炎２０例、慢性重症肝炎２０例，慢性迁延性肝炎２０例，慢性活动性肝炎５０例以及对照组４０例。结果表明：各类乙肝患者ＧＲ水平明显低于对照组，而血浆Ｆ高于对照组。同时测定２０例慢性活动性肝炎稳定期ＧＲ、Ｆ的变化，发现随病情的改善ＧＲ水平也升高，而血浆Ｆ无明显改变。

Changes of glucocorticoid receptor in peripheral lymphocytes and plasma cortisol in patients with hepatitis B

The levels of glucocorticoid receptor(GR) in peripheral lymphocytes and plasma cortisol(F) were tested with radio ligand assay and radioimmunoassay, respectively, in 20 patients with acute severe hepatitis, 20 with chronic severe hepatitis, 20 with chronic persistent hepatitis, 50 with chronic active hepatitis. and 40 healthy cases for control. The results displayed that the number of GR in patients with hepatitis B was significantly less than that in control group, while quite the opposite to plasma F. The level of GR in 20 patients with chronic active hepatitis became higher gradually with the recovery of the disease,while plasma F had no apparent change.
