2004年全国碘缺乏病实验室尿碘检测能力验证报告

目的考核各级尿碘实验室的持续性检测能力和各省外质控网络的运行情况。方法采用Z比评分法进行检测结果的统计学评价,Z分值的公议值来自所有参加实验室。结果参加考核的31个省级尿碘实验室全部反馈了质控结果并全部通过了能力验证,323个地市级尿碘实验室的反馈率为90.4%,合格率为80.5%;天津医科大学、新疆生产建设兵团和越南的6个实验室通过了能力验证。结论通过几年全国实验室质控网络的运行和持续的技术培训,省级实验室的Z间分布基本均衡,没有明显的、集体的系统误差,大部分地市级实验室的尿碘检测能力有了明显的提高;建议各级实验室要常规进行内部质量控制和常规使用标准物质。

Report of national proficiency of testing urinary iodine in 2004

Objective The proficiency test was aimed at the sustained performance ability of urine iodine labs of different levels and the operation situation of national iodine deficiency diseases network. Methods The testing results coming from the participatory labs were evaluated through standard Z score generated from all the participatory labs. Results All 31 provincial participatory labs had qualifiedly fed back their testing results. At the prefecture level, the feedback rate was 90.4% , and qualified rate was 80.5%. Conclusions The testing ability has been significantly improved through the operation of national quality control network and routine technical training. Inner Z scores of provincial labs are distributed evenly. No obvious and systemic errors are found. It is suggested that internal quality be controlled and standard materials be routinely used in labs of different level.
