食管癌高 低发区居民指甲中微量元素含量的对照研究

用原子吸收分光光度计及极谱仪测定食管癌高、低发区两组人群指甲中微量元素锌、铜、铁、镉、钴、硒含量。目的 :为防治食管癌提供依据。结果 :用统计学方法进行显著性检验 ,经比较发现 ,对照组人群指甲中锌、铜、铁、钴的含量高于观察组 ,镉含量则低于观察组 ,两组间均存在显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;而硒元素含量对照组略高于观察组 ,两组间无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 )

Trace elements level in nail of inhabitants of high and low incidence Raea of esophageal cancer

Using AAS and Polarograph to measuve the level of trace elements Zn?Cu?Fe?Cd?Co?Se in nail of inhabitants of high and low incidence rate area of esophageal cancer.Object:The study provides clues to the investigation of esophageal cancer.Results:Inhabitants of low esophageal cancer incidence area have significantly higher levels of Zn?Cu?Fe?Co than those of inhabitants of high area.The level of Se from inhabitants of low incidence area is higher than those of the higher area,but is not statistically significant;The level of Cdof inhabitants from high incidence area is higher but not significant than thise of low area.
