软式内镜清洗消毒效果现场调查

目的了解软式内镜清洗消毒效果,探讨内镜清洗消毒规范化管理措施。方法采用细菌检验和理化分析方法,对医院现场抽样的清洗消毒后内镜及其消毒剂进行了检测。结果所调查的18所医院中,有15所医院内镜清洗消毒效果合格。共调查84条不同类型内镜,有81条内镜内腔消毒效果合格,合格率为96.4%。不同类型内镜中,胃镜、肠镜、支气管镜的消毒效果合格率分别为100.0%、96.2%和92.9%。84条内镜所使用的消毒剂的浓度和卫生质量全部合格。结论广西壮族自治区直属医院软式内镜清洗消毒程序规范,清洗消毒效果合格率较高,某些管理环节有待改进。

FIELD SURVEY OF CLEANING AND DISINFECTION EFFICACY FOR FLEXIBLE ENDOSCOPES

Objective To know the cleaning and disinfection efficacy of the flexible endoscopes and to explor the standard management.Methods Bacteriological examination and chemical analysis were used to test the cleaning and disinfection efficacy of endoscopes and the disinfectant used in hospitals.Results In 18 hospitals investigated,15 were qualified with disinfection.81 of the 84 endoscopes were qualified by inner sampling;the qualification rate was 96.4%.Among them,the qualification rate of the gastroscope,enteroscope and bronchoscope were 100%,96.2% and 92.9% respectively.The concentration and hygienic quality of the disinfectant used for the 84 endoscopes were all qualified.Conclusions Hospitals governed by the autonomous region of Guangxi did better in standard procedures of cleaning and disinfection of the flexible endoscopes.The qualification rates of cleaning and disinfection were high,but some management aspects still need to be improved.
