| 摘 要： | 绝经后妇女性激素的改变与胰岛素抵抗的产生有关。雄激素、性激素结合球蛋白参与了胰岛素抵抗的形成 ,高水平的雌激素可引起胰岛素抵抗 ,生理剂量的雌激素可提高绝经后妇女的胰岛素敏感性 ,降低胰岛素抵抗 ,孕激素与胰岛素抵抗的关系尚需进一步研究 ,该文就近年来绝经后妇女胰岛素抵抗与性激素变化关系的研究进展作以综述。 |

| Abstract: | Studies in recent years have indicated that changs in sexual hormones of postm enopausal women are associated with development of insulin resistance. Andro g en and SHBG involve in the development of insulin resistance. High level est rogen can cause insulin resistance but physiological dose of estrogen can improv e p ostmenopausal women's insulin sensitivity and decrease insulin resistance. The a ssociation of insulin resistance with progesterone need to be studied further. We reviewed progress in research on relationship between postmenopausal w omen's insulin resistance and changes in sexual hormones in recent years. |
