温经止痛膏治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床研究

目的：观察中药外用制剂温经止痛膏治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法：将120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例，治疗组应用温经止痛膏贴敷，对照组应用通络祛痛膏贴敷治疗，2周及4周后各观察疗效1次，并进行统计分析。结果：两组临床疗效比较，总有效率治疗组为87％，对照组为65％，两组疗效比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈O．05），治疗组优于对照组；在夜间休息痛、晨僵、起床后疼痛、行走时疼痛、最大行走距离、关节功能等症状比较，两组患者治疗前及治疗后不同时间单症状疗效比较，每组单症状治疗前后评分比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05），且治疗组治疗后不同时间段评分优于对照组（P〈0．05）。除对照组中1例出现全身过敏反应对症治疗，症状消除外，其余患者未出现不良反应。结论：温经止痛膏治疗膝关节骨性关节炎能有效缓解疼痛，改善关节功能，安全性高，值得临床进一步推广使用。

Clinical Study on Knee Osteoarthritis Treated by Wenjing Zhitong Plaster

Objective：To observe the curative effect and safety of Wenjing Zhitong plaster which was based on the external preparation of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） for knee osteoarthritis. Methods：All 120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group （n=60） and control group （n= 60）. The treatment group was treated by Wenjing Zhitong plaster, and the control group was treated by Tongluo Qutong plaster. Each group was treated for 14 days, observed at 14th and 28th day after the treatment. Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 87% and 65 respectively （P〈0.05）. The single symptom such as rest pain at night, early morning stiffness, pain after getting up, walking pain, max walking distance and joint function was analyzed before and after treatment. There was significant difference in symptom score at 14th and 28 th day after the treatment in both groups （P〈0.05）. The scores of treatment group were superior to those of the control group with statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There was no adverse effect case in both groups except for one case of unexplained skin allergy in the control group. Conclusion：The Wenjing Zhitong plaster is safe and effective to relieve pain and improve joint function on knee osteoarthritis.
