观察评价滋肾通络胶囊对糖尿病骨质疏松症治疗的有效性以及对骨密度的影响

目的：探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的护理干预方法和效果.方法：选择我院呼吸内科2010年1月～2011年8月期间96例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,随机分为实验组56例,对照组40例.实验组实施护理干预;对照组给予常规基础护理.比较两组掌握COPD基本知识、戒烟并呼吸锻炼、治疗依从性情况,以及临床治疗效果.结果：实施护理干预的试验组患者在掌握COPD基本知识、戒烟并呼吸锻炼及治疗依从性方面的比例,明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05.结论：护理干预在治疗慢性阻塞性肺病患者以提高生活质量方面有一定的作用,在临床护理中值得推广.

Analysis of the effieacy of nursing intervention for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of nursing intervention for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods： Our hospital in January 2010 -- Aug 2011 period 96 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,56 patients were randomly divided into experimental and control group 40 cases. Experimental group, the implementation of nursing intervention; control group received routine primary care. Were compared to master the basic knowledge of COPD,smoking cessation and breathing exercises,treatment compliance situation. Resulh After giving the nursing intervention for the experimental group, the rate of mastering the basic knowledge of COPD,giving up smoking with breathing exercises and the therapeutic compliance were significantly higher than the control group. The differences were statistically significant,P〈0.05. Conclusion： Nursing interven- tion can improve the quality of life for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the therapeutic compliance and the overall quality of care.
