摘    要:
基于对不同专业和层次学生有关医学生职业精神及其教育相关问题的调查,分析了医学生对职业精神的认知、接受相关教育的现状、职业理想以及对技术与道德关系的理解等问题。在肯定传统的职业精神教育模式的基础上,提出了深化医学生人文教育的哲学内涵、日常行为修养和良好习惯养成以及全方位全过程职业精神教育促进医学生职业精神培养的新的教育途径。

Abstract:
Based on a survey on medical students' vocational spirit and related issues in different majors and levels,this paper analyze their awareness on vocational spirit and the the status of being relatively educated in career aspirations and the understanding of the relationship between technology and ethics,etc.Apart from the affirmation of the traditional vocational spirit education model,proposed a new means to deep the philosophy intension of humanities education,self-cultivation of daily acts and good habits,and all-direct and whole-process education on vocational spirit in order to promote the development of medical students.
