| 摘 要： | 观察中药灌肠方（由黄芪,黄连,五倍子,石榴皮,地榆,白及,云南白药组成）治疗轻,中度慢性溃疡性结肠火40例的疗效。灌肠治疗3个疗程（60天）。结果：治疗组的临床综合疗效优于对照组（锡类散,云南白药）35例,总有效率分别为87．50％和68．57％,组间比较差异有显著性意义（P＜0．05）。提示本方对溃疡性结肠炎有较好疗效,并能明显改善临床症状。

| Abstract: | Chinese herbal enema was used to treat 40 cases of mild or moderate chronic ulcerative colitis for 60 days.Results:The therapeutic effects in treatment group were better than that in control group;the total effective rates were 87 50% and 68 57% in treatment and control group respectively,with a significant difference between them(P<0 05). |
