摘    要:
为探讨引入SP对改善普通外科课堂教学效果的作用。以本院2003级156名学员为研究对象,以胃溃疡穿孔为例,设计三种教学模式:传统教学模式;“SP+讲解”教学模式;“讲解+SP”教学模式。对学员基础理论的掌握能力、学员对授课形式的评价、学员的临床能力进行考核。结果显示,改进的两种教学模式课题明显改善课堂气氛,提高学员学习的热情。虽然改进的两种教学模式不能进一步提高学员对基础理论知识的掌握情况,但可以明显提高学员的临床技能,与传统教学方法相比有统计学差异(P〈0.05)。在普通外科临床课堂教学中引入SP可进一步提高临床教学效果。

Abstract:
To study the application of SP in the classic lecture of general surgical disease.156 medical students in our college were divided into three groups.The perforation of gastric ulcer was used as the paradigm.Each group was randomly given distinct teaching type:traditional classic didactic lecture;first 20-min SP+didactic lecture;didactic lecture followed by 20-min SP interaction.Student perceptions surveyed by written questionnaire and other data were compared.The students given the SP-optimized lecture enjo...
