| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨大学生的主观幸福感与人格特征的关系。方法：采用艾森克人格问卷简式量表中文版与主观幸福感量表对201名大学生进行测验。结果：在主观幸福感的三个成分中，大学生被试的生活满意度属中等偏下水平，积极情感频率偏低，消极情感的频率更低，综合起来看大学生被试的主观幸福感属中等水平。在主观幸福感及其主要成分生活满意度上，女生显著高于男生。相关分析表明外向性人格维度与幸福感及生活满意度和积极情感存在显著的正相关，与消极情感有显著负相关；神经质与幸福感、生活满意度和积极情感存在显著的负相关，与消极情感存在显著的正相关。稳定外向型人格的主观幸福感水平最高，其次是稳定内向型和不稳定外向型人格，幸福感水平最低的是不稳定内向型人格。结论：外向性与神经质等人格特征是影响大学生幸福感的重要因素。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To examine the relationship between personality and subjective well-being (SWB) of Chinese college students. Methods: 201 students were measured by EPQ-RSC and SWB questionnaires. Results: Chinese college students' SWB belongs to the medium levels on the 9-points scale. Compared with male, female participants showed higher levels of SWB and life satisfaction. Correlation analysis showed that extraversion was a significant correlate of SWB (.40), life satisfaction (.29), positive affects (.37), and negative affects (-.22); neuroticism was a significant correlate of SWB (-.54), life satisfaction (-.28), positive affects (-.36), and negative affects (.57). Conclusion:Personality traits were important influencial factors to Chinese students' SWB. |
