大学生结核病健康教育效果评价

[目的]评价对大学生实施结核病健康教育的效果。[方法]采用随机整群抽样的方法,从某高校中随机抽取一定数量的学生,随机分为结核病健康教育组(以下简称教育组)和对照组,在教育组实施为期一个学期的结核病健康教育,用自行设计的问卷,分别在健康教育前后对两组进行基线调查和终期调查。[结果]健康教育后教育组对结核病基本知识知晓率显著提高,与结核病相关的态度明显好转,行为意向方面有显著提高,而对照组无变化。[结论]对大学生进行结核病健康教育效果显著,操作方便,值得推广。

Effectiveness Evaluation of Tuberculosis Health Education for College students

[Objective]To evaluate the effect of tuberculosis health education for college students.[Methods]Cluster random sampling method was adopted to an education group and a control group,and tuberculosis health education was conduct to an education group for a semester.Before and after the education,a questionnaire designed by ourselves was carried out as baseline and terminate survey.[Results]Tuberculosis knowledge awareness rate of education group was significantly improved as the results of health education,the attitudes to tuberculosis were obviously improved,so were the behaviors.While the control group had no change.[Conclusion]To carry out tuberculosis health education on college students can get obvious effect,it is convenient and worth popularizing.
