摘    要:目的探讨八段锦锻炼对改善大学生睡眠质量和体质健康的效果,为改善睡眠质量、促进体质健康的非药物干预提供理论依据和实验支撑。方法在体质和睡眠质量测量的基础上,对30位有睡眠障碍的大学三年级非体育专业本科生进行为期10周的八段锦干预。结果八段锦锻炼使受试者的睡眠效率明显提高(P<0.01);睡眠质量和入睡时间有显著改善(P<0.05);安静脉搏明显下降(P<0.05);肺活量、闭眼单脚站立和坐位体前屈指标成绩明显增加(P<0.05);握力显著增加(P<0.01)。结论八段锦锻炼对大学生睡眠质量具有良好的改善作用,对其体质健康具有明显的促进作用。

Abstract:Objective To study if the Eight-section brocade can improve the sleep quality and physical health on undergraduates in which provide the theory and the experimental support for non-drug therapy.Methods Based on the physique and sleep quality measurement,30 patients with a sleep disorder,Grade three undergraduates of non-professional sports,practised the Eight section brocade for 10 weeks.Results After the Eight-section brocade sports the sleep efficiency improved obviously(P<0.01),the sleep quality promoted and sleep time prolonged significantly(P<0.05) on subjects.The pulse rates on rest decreased significantly(P<0.05).Vital capacity,time for standing on-one-foot with blindnesee,and the index of body forward when sitting increased significantly(P<0.05),very significantly increased grip(P<0.01).Conclusion The exersice of Eight section brocade has a role of promotion the sleep quality and physical health on subjects.
