安全管理在老年患者护理管理中的应用分析

目的 研讨安全管理在老年患者护理管理中的应用及分析.方法 选取2011年6月-2012年6月我院收治的老年患者120例,依据是否进行安全管理分为两组,甲组患者60例进行安全管理护理联合常规性护理措施,乙组患者60例单纯的进行常规的护理措施,对两组患者临床护理情况进行统计和分析.结果 甲组患者的安全管理效果评分,投诉率及患者对护理工作的满意程度方面明显优越乙组患者,差异性显著,具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 安全管理联合常规护理可有效的提高老年患者在住院期间的安全性,有效的提高患者对护理人员的信任程度及满意度,可在临床护理中广泛应用.

Application Analysis on Safety Management in Older Patients Nursing Management

Objective To research and discuss the application and analysis of security management on the nursing management in the older patients. Method According to the implementation of the safety management or not, 120 cases of older patients in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2012 were divided into two groups averagely; A group were taken with security management nurse and regular nurse measures, while B group were taken with regular nursing measure; and statistical analyze the clinical nursing conditions of two groups. Result the grade of security management effect, the complaint rate and the degree of satisfaction about the nursing work by the patients in the A group are obviously better than that by the patients in the B group, the difference is remarkable and the result has the statistical significance （p~0.05）. Conclusion Combined the security management nursing with the regular nursing can effectively improve the security of older patients during the hospital, as well as the trust degree and satisfaction of nursing staff by the patients, so it can be widely applied to the clinical nursing.
