深圳市2002年度急救死亡病例调查临床分析

目的 了解深圳市急救医疗现状和水平，探讨各种危险因素与急救死亡的关系，检查发现工作中的差距与不足。为进一步提高全市急救医疗服务水平和政府制定急救卫生决策提供理论依据。方法 调查研究2002年度全市急救死亡病例。结果 调查急救死亡病历3151份，男性2278例、女性873例；创伤占总死亡率的64％；院前急救死亡1122例。其中60％救护车到达现场时病人已经死亡，平均院前急救反应时间为2．2min，平均到达现场时间为5．6min；院内急救死亡2029例，院内急救气管插管率为7．8％，手术率为9．2％。输血率为4．5‰平均在急诊科抢救时间为3．5h。结论 深圳将按照国际化标准进一步建全完善“急救医疗服务体系”(EMSS)，努力创建具有深圳特色的急救医疗新模式。

Clinical analysis of first aid death in 2002 in Shenzhen

To know the level and actuality of first aid medical treatment, probe into the relation between all kinds of risk factors and first aid death,examine the difference and lack, Provide Criteria for improving medicaltreatment service level and the government's decisions of first aid hygiene. Imvestigating first aid death cases in 2002 in shenzhen. Death-from-first-aid: 3151 csses; male: 2278 cases, female: 873 cases; deathformwounds: 64%; death from first aid before hospital: 1122 cases, about 60% died before ambulance arriving the scence;average time for reaction of first aid was 2.2 minutes and for arriving the scence was 5.6 minutes; death from first aid in hospital: 2029 cases, 7.8% of people had endotracheal intubarion carried out; 9.2% of people had operation; 4.5% of people had blood filtering; average time spenting on salvage in emergency was 3.5 hours. [Conculsions] Shenzhen will establish and consummate EMSS according to international standard, and make great efforts to establish first aid medical mode with shenzhen feature.
