血清β-HCG和孕酮在异位妊娠治疗中的监测价值比较

目的 :研究血清β- HCG和孕酮对异位妊娠保守治疗的评价作用。方法 :异位妊娠患者行氨甲喋呤 ( MTX)肌肉注射保守治疗 ,比较治疗前后血清β- HCG和血清孕酮水平降至正常水平所需的时间。结果 :血清孕酮低者 MTX保守治疗容易成功 ,MTX治疗异位妊娠的血清孕酮临界水平为 1 1 ng/ml较合适。血清孕酮水平下降较血清β- HCG敏感、迅速。结论 :血清孕酮可以作为一种异位妊娠患者 MTX保守治疗的指标 ,也是异位妊娠治疗后监测结果的较好标准。

Value of serum progesterone and β-HCG for ectopic pregnancy in therapeutic effect monitoring

Objective:To evaluate the value of serum progesterone and β-HCG in selecting the candidate patients with ectopic pregnancy for methotrexate treatment and in monitoring the effect of treatment.Mehtods:EP patients were given single-dose intramuscular injection with 50mg/m 2 MTX.The serum progesterone concentrations in these patients were measured and compared .The time during which serum progesterone and β-HCG decreased to below normal level was also compared Results:It was easy to cure with MTX for EP patients who had lower level serum progesterone(≤11 ng/ml).The time for serum progesterone to decrease to below normal level was significantly shorter than that for β-HCG.Conclusion:Serum progesterone can be used as an index for selecting the candidate patients with ectopic pregnancy for methotrexate treatment,and also as a good indicator for assessing the therapeutic effect after treatment.
