气血辨证纳入八纲辨证体系之刍议

长期以来,八纲辨证作为中医辨证施治临床实践的基本原则,是中医各种辨证的总纲。而部分医家认为八纲辨证存在不完整性,因为八纲作为客观物质的外在表现,必须结合气血才能全面概括分析病位、病情、病势的表里、寒热、虚实,因此部分医家提出将气血辨证纳入八纲辨证体系的观点,文章就这部分医家提出的相关论点进行归纳总结,并提议将气血辨证纳入八纲辨证体系。

Discussion on the Integration of Qi and Blood Syndrome Differentiation into Eight Principles Syndrome Differentiation System

For a long time,The eight principles of syndrome differentiation as the basic principle of clinical practice of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,is the general principle of TCM syndrome differentiation. Some doctors think that there is incompleteness in the differentiation of eight principles,because eight principles,as the external manifestation of objective substances,must be combined with Qi and blood in order to comprehensively analyze the position,condition,exterior and interior,cold and heat,deficiency and reality of the disease. Therefore,some doctors put forward the view that Qi and blood syndrome differentiation should be included in the eight principles syndrome differentiation system. This paper summarizes the relevant arguments put forward by these doctors,and proposes that Qi and blood syndrome differentiation should be included in the eight principles syndrome differentiation system.
