半夏白术天麻汤联合西药治疗痰湿内阻证高血压合并高脂血症58例临床观察

目的:观察氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片对高血压合并高脂血症的治疗效果。方法:选取116例高血压合并高脂血症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予半夏白术天麻汤治疗,比较两组治疗效果、血压、血脂水平及血液流变学指标,记录不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为91.38%,显著高于对照组的75.86%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血压、血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高切全血粘度、中切全血粘度、低切全血粘度、血浆粘度均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和治疗组均无严重不良反应发生,观察组与对照组的不良反应率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:半夏白术天麻汤联合氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片对高血压合并高脂血症临床疗效较好,可有效降低血压、血脂,改善血液流变学异常,不良反应少。

Clinical observation on 58 cases of hypertension combined with hyperlipidemia of phlegm-dampness stagnation type treated by Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Western Medicine

Objective To investigate the effect of the Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decotion plus Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablet on hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia.Methods One hundred and sixteen patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table.The control group was teated with Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablet,and the observation group was treated with the Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decotion plus Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablet.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure,blood lipid level,hemorheological indexes were compared before and after the treatment between the two groups,and adverse reactions were recorded.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.38%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.86%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),serum triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no serious adverse reaction in the observation group and the treatment group,the adverse reaction rate was 6.90%in the observation group and 5.17%in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablet has a significant clinical effect on hypertension combined with hyperlipidemia.It can effectively reduce blood pressure,blood lipids,improve hemorheological abnormalities,and causes fewer adverse reactions.
