| Abstract: | Yanghe decoction is the traditional Chinese medicine surgical treatment of phlegm and nuclear gangrene,indications of cold coagulation syndrome of Yang deficiency.Under the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,the clinical application of yanghe decoction in the treatment of perianal abscess and anal fistula.The key point is to grasp the basic pathogenesis of Yang deficiency,cold coagulation,phlegm,turbidness and stasis.Then it has a significant effect. |
