防治颈动脉粥样硬化的中药用药规律

目的:基于处方数据挖掘近二十年中医药方剂治疗颈动脉粥样硬化的中药配伍规律及为药食同源类中药防治颈动脉粥样硬化提供理论指导。方法:检索中国知网数据库,筛选2000~2019年临床治疗颈动脉粥样硬化的文献,运用频数统计和关联规则分析的Apriori算法分析防治颈动脉粥样硬化的中药及药食同源类中药性味、归经、高频药及其配伍规律。结果:共纳入144篇临床文献,剔除重复文献,共涉及141首方剂。得到临床治疗颈动脉粥样硬化全部中药187味,药食同源类中药42味。全部中药支持度最高的3组药对半夏-陈皮,半夏-丹参,半夏-茯苓,药食同源类中药支持度最高的3组药对茯苓-陈皮,茯苓-山楂,茯苓-甘草。结论:治疗颈动脉粥样硬化的中药药性多寒温平,药味甘苦辛,归肺脾肝经为主,多为补虚药、活血化瘀药等;治疗颈动脉粥样硬化的药食同源类中药药性多温平,药味甘苦辛,归肺脾经为主。

The Rule of Medication for Preventing and Treating Carotid Atherosclerosis

Objective To explore the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis with traditional Chinese medicine prescription in past 20 years and provide theoretical guidance for the prevention of carotid atherosclerosis in daily life based on prescription data.Methods The Chinese Knowledge Network database was searched to screen the clinical treatment of carotid atherosclerosis from 2000 to 2019.The Apriori algorithm using frequency statistics and association rules analysis was used to analyze The nature,flavor,channel tropism,high frequency drug pair and compatibility laws of Chinese medicine and homologous Chinese medicine of medicine and food in prevention and treatment of carotid atherosclerosis.Results 144 clinical literatures were included,involving a total of 141 prescriptions,and duplicates were excluded.We get 187 traditional Chinese medicines and 42 homologous Chinese medicines of medicine and food.The top three supported drug pairs were Pinellia ternata-Pericarpium Citr Reticulatae,Pinellia ternata-Salvia miltiorrhiza,Pinellia ternata-Poria.The top three supported drug pairs of homologous Chinese medicine of medicine and food were Poria-Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Poria-Crataegus,Poria-Glycyrrhiza uralensis.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicines in treating carotid atherosclerosis are mostly cold and mild nature with meridian tropism in lung,spleen and liver,and the flavour of medicines are sweet,pungent and bitter.Homologous Chinese medicines of medicine and food are mostly mild nature with meridian tropism in lung and spleen,and the flavour of medicines are sweet,pungent and bitter.
