温针灸治疗肩周炎60例临床疗效观察

目的：探讨在肩周炎中使用温针灸进行治疗的临床疗效。方法：回顾分析2010年1月～2011年6月使用温针灸对肩周炎进行治疗的60例患者临床治疗情况。结果：通过针灸治疗,本组60例患者中有26例患者痊愈,18例患者显效,14例患者有效,2例患者无效,总有效率为96.6%。其中针灸时间最短的为2个疗程,针灸时间最长的为4个疗程。结论：通过温针灸对肩周炎进行治疗,疗效显著,值得大力推广。

Clinical observation on treating 60 cases of periarthritis of shoulder by acupuncture and moxibustion

Objective:To investigate the use of acupuncture and moxibustion in shoulder periarthritis treatment clinical effect. Methods:Retrospective analysis of 2010 January to 2011 June using acupuncture and moxibustion for treatment of periarthritis of shoulder in 60 cases of patients with clinical treatment.Results:The acupuncture treatment,60 patients in thisgroup have 26 patients cured,18 patients were markedly effective,14 cases effective,2 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 96.6%.The acupuncture and moxibustion with the shortest time for 2 courses,and the longest to 4 courses.Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion for treatment of periarthritis of shoulder by,curative effect is distinct,be worth to be popularized energetically.
