盐酸氨溴索注射液佐治小儿急性呼吸道感染疗效观察

目的:探讨盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效.方法:采用随机、对照、开放的方法,将120例急性上呼吸道感染、急性气管及支气管炎、轻型肺炎伴咳嗽、咳痰的患儿分为两组.治疗组60例应用盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗;对照组60例使用氯化铵合剂,其他抗感染及对症治疗用药相同;比较两组疗效.结果:治疗组咳嗽、咳痰的消失及综合疗效评价等方面均优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01).结论:盐酸氨溴索注射液是一种安全有效的化痰止咳药.

Clinical observation of ambroxol hydrochloride injection in children acnte respiratory auxiliary treat infection in plateau area

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Ambroxol Hydrochloride injection in plateau area.Methods:120 children patients undergoing acute respiratory tract infection,trachea and acute bronchitis and light pneumonia with cough and expectoration were randomly,controlled,and opened divided into two groups.The 60 patients in treatment group were treated with ambroxol hydrochloride injection,while the other 60 patients in control group were treated with ammonium chloride mixture.Both of the two groups used the same medicine in anti-infection and symptomatic treatment.On the forth and seventh days before and after treatment,gave the comprehensive scores to the symptom of cough and expectoration,and compared the two group's efficacy.Results:The disappeared of cough and expectoration,and the comprehensive treatment evaluation of treatment group were better than the control group's.There was an observive difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:Ambroxol Hydrochloride injection is a kind of medicine which can treat sputum and stop coughing safely and effectively.
