| 摘 要： | 采用合力骨牵引治疗髋关节中心性脱位15例,随机抽出同期采用股骨髁上牵引治疗的15例做为对照组,进行系统地比较分析,经7个月～10年的随访观察,两组患髋功能恢复情况比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。表明合力骨牵引疗效优于对照组,且能减少创伤性关节炎的发生。 |

| Abstract: | The authors treated 15 cases of central hip dislocation by resultant- of -forces skeletal traction. Randomly taking other 15 cases of the dis- ease treated by supracondylar femoral traction in the same period as the control group, they analysed and compared the two groups systemically. The follow-up of 1-120 months showed that the two groups were markedly different from each other in hip funcion (P<0.05), suggesting that the resultant-of-forces skeletal traction could produce better results than those in the control group, and decrease the incidence of traumatic arthritis. |
