| 摘 要： | <正> 笔者对159例原因不明咯血病人行纤支镜检查,进行了回顾性临床诊断研究,以评价纤支镜俭的临床实用性,研究资料表明咯血的病因主要为炎症、肺癌、肺结核及支气管扩张,文中对病人有咯血症状而胸部 X 线无异常发现的原因进行了讨论,并认为对这类病人均应早期行纤支镜检。 |

| Abstract: | 159 patients with hemoptysis of unknown causes were examined with fiberoptic bronchoscope in order to evaluate its clinical practicality.The results showed that hemoptysis was mainly caused by inflamation,lung carcinoma,tuberculosis and brochiectasis.Also discussed was the reason why patients with hemoptysis normally did not demonstrate any sign during thoracic X-ray.Early fiberoptic bronchoscope exam was considered necessary. |
