| Abstract: | It summarized and analyzed the risk factors led to mis-aspiration in patients accepted nasal feeding including conscious disturbance of patients, improper position and fixing of nasogastric feeding tube, inappropriate body position, thickness of feeding tube, big residual volume in stomach, incision of trachea, mechanical ventilation, and improper feeding speed and volume. It proposed some corresponding nursing strategies as well. |
