4226名新生儿听力筛查的临床分析

目的:通过对我院出生的4 226名新生儿进行耳声发射(BOAE)检查,获得新生儿早期发现听力异常的资料。方法:在本院出生的4 226名新生儿于出生第3天进行初次听力筛查,出生42 d时对不通过的新生儿用同样方法进行复筛;对二次复查未通过者在3个月内进行听力诱发电位检查(ABR),并接受全面的听力学诊断和评估。结果:住院期间筛查新生儿4 226例,一次通过3 994例,通过率为94.5%;42 d再次复查137例,通过92例,通过率为67.2%,未通过45例;最后确诊听觉障碍5例,总发病率为1.18‰,其中轻度听力障碍2例(0.47‰),中度听力障碍2例(0.47‰),重度听力障碍1例(0.23‰)。结论:在我国开展新生儿听力筛查是完全可行的。住院期间普遍初筛,可早期发现听力异常,并建立健全听力保健,可减轻听力损害,促进语言发育。

Clinical analysis on 4226 neonatal hearing sieve
