| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不稳定骶骨骨折伴神经损伤手术治疗方法。方法5例不稳定骶骨骨折伴神经损伤患者使用GSS内固定系统固定及骶管减压。结果骨折均一期愈合,4例坐骨神经损伤中,3例下肢顽固性疼痛和感觉过敏者,2例疼痛消失,1例疼痛减轻,感觉均恢复;1例足下垂未恢复;1例鞍区麻木、大小便失禁者,术后鞍区感觉及括约肌功能得到恢复。结论GSS内固定及骶管减压治疗不稳定骶骨骨折伴神经损伤是一种较为理想的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the treatment of unstable sacrum fracture complicated with nerve injury.Methods 5 cases with unstable sacrum fractures complicated with nerve injuries were undergone GSS internal fixation and sacral canal decompression.Results All fractures got primary union.In the 4 cases with sciatic nerve injuries,3 were lower extremities obstinate pain and hyperalgesia and got pain removal in 2 and relief in 1,and 1 was foot-drop and got no improvement.1 case of saddle area paralysis and urinary and fecal incontinence got improvement after surgery.Conclusions It is an ideal way to treat unstable sacrum fracture complicated with nerve injury by GSS internal fixation and sacral canal decompression. |
