| 摘 要： | 许多消化系统疾病如胃食道疾病、肝病、胰腺疾病等常常可累及肺部,产生许多呼吸道症状,如咳嗽、哮喘、胸痛、呼吸困难等,了解这些腹部疾病的肺部并发症,包括临床表现、病理生理、发病机制等将有助于对疾病整体的认识与治疗。本文主要详细介绍胃食管反流、炎性肠病、肝肺综合症和急性胰腺炎的肺部临床表现。

| Abstract: | Many digestive system diseases such as gastroesophageal reflux,hepatic disease,pancreas disease,ect.can frequently affect the lung,resultin many respiratory symptoms as cough,asthma,chest pain and dyspnea,ect.Finding out the pulmonary complications of these digestive system diseases including clinical presents,pathophysiology and pathogenesis will be help for the understanding and treatment of disease as a whole.Here we mainly describe in detail the pulmonary symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux,inflammatory enteropathy,hepatic pulmonary symptoms and acute pancreatitis.
