| 摘 要： | 目的建立紫玉盘总黄酮的含量测定方法并检测其不同部位总黄酮的含量。方法以芦丁为对照品,采用分光光度法于500 nm处测定艾纳香中总黄酮的含量。结果芦丁在0~0.076 mg/m l(r=0.999 5)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.7%,RSD=2.3%(n=5),其叶、枝条、根含总黄酮分别为10.53%,5.60%,3.87%。结论该方法简便、准确、可靠,可作为该药材中总黄酮含量检测的方法。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo develop a quantitative method for the determination of total flavonoid in different sections in Uvaria microcarpa.MethodsUsing rutin as a reference substance,the total flavonoids in Uvaria microcarpa was determined by UV absorption at 500 nm.ResultsThe linearity of rutin was obtained within the range of 0 to 0.076 mg/ml(r=0.999 5).The average recovery was 99.7% and RSD was 2.3%.The content of total flavonoid in Uvaria microcarpa from leaf was 10.53%,branch was(5.60)%,root was 3.87%(n=5).ConclusionThe method is convenient and reliable.It can be used as a quality control method to determine total flavonoids of Uvaria microcarpa. |
