| 摘 要： | 目的:观察半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗偏头痛的疗效。方法:治疗组采用半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗,对照组用西比灵、谷维素治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.8%,对照组为81.8%。两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗偏头痛有显著疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of the regulating of Pinelliae and Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Gastrodiae Decoction on 64 cases of Migraine. Methods: The regulating of Pinelliae and Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Gastrodiae Decoction were given to cases in therapeutic group , Flunarizine and Oryzanol were used in control group. Result: The effect rate is 93.8% and 81.8% in therapeutic group and control group. There is significant difference between 2 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: There is good effect on migraine patients treated by the regulation of Pinelliae and Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Gastrodiae Decoction. |
