摘    要:目的:采用MTT法检测多种肿瘤细胞对硒酸酯多糖(KSC)的敏感性。方法:以30、60、120mg/L3种不同浓度的KSC分别处理HepG-2、Bel-7402、MCF-7、SGC-7901、A5495种肿瘤细胞,采用MTT法检测KSC对5种肿瘤细胞的抑制率。结果:KSC对多种肿瘤细胞都有明显的抑制增殖作用,KSC120mg/L作用72h后,对上述5种细胞株的抑制率分别为69.31%、62.24%、53.29%、52.03%、33.62%。结论:KSC对多种肿瘤细胞都有抑制作用,尤其是对肝癌细胞的抑制作用最强,具有治疗肝癌潜在的应用价值。

Abstract:Objective :To detect the sensitivity of several cancer cell lines to KappaSelenocarrageenan by M'IT assay.Methods:Five cancer cell lines included HepG-2,Bel-7402,MCF-7,SGC-7901 and A549 were incubated with Kappa-Selenocarrageenan of various concent ration (30mg/L,60mg/L, 120mg/L).The inhibition rate was examined by MTT test assay.Results:KSC had a significant killing effect on human cancer ceils in vitro.72 hours latter, the inhibition rates of HepG-2,Bel-7402,MCF-7,SGC-7901and A549 with 120 mg/L KSC separately were 69.31% ,62.24% ,53.29% ,52.03% ,33.62%.Conclusion:KSC has a wide range of inhibition of tumor cells, especially for the strongest inhibition of hepatic carcinoma cells.It might have a promising prospect in the treatment for hepatic carcinoma.
