Efficacy of Tounongyin decoction combined with Xiangpi Shengji ointment in chronic skin ulcer

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Tounongyin decoction combined with Xiangpi Shengji ointment in the treatment of chronic skin ulcers.Methods:75 patients with chronic skin ulcer were selected and randomly divide into study group(38 cases)and control group(37 cases).The control group was treated with Xiangpi Shengji ointment,and the observation group was treated with Tounongyin decoction combined with Xiangpi Shengji ointment.Clinical efficacy,healing indicators,cytokines and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the study group 94.74%was higher than that of the control group 70.27%(P<0.05).The wound healing time,the granulation tissue growth time and the carrion removal time in the study group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,VEGF,TNF-αand IL-6 in the two groups were better than before treatment,and the study group was better than the control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tounongyin decoction combined with Xiangpi Shengji ointment for chronic skin ulcers can reduce wound healing time,improve cytokine levels,and promote wound healing with better safety and clinical efficacy.
