| 摘 要： | 目的：观察祛风湿方剂（方剂）对佐剂性关节炎（ＡＡ）的疗效。方法：以佐剂性关节炎大鼠作为类风湿性关节炎（ＲＡ）的病理模型，以强的松作为阳性对照药，研究中药祛风湿方剂对炎症及免疫反应的影响。结果：方剂抑制ＡＡ 大鼠足爪的肿胀；使血沉、白细胞计数及单核细胞百分率显著下降；淋巴细胞百分率上升；抑制性Ｔ淋巴细胞（ＣＤ＋８ ）百分率升高（Ｐ＜ ０．０５）。方剂使小鼠的血清溶血素（ＨＣ５０）显著降低（Ｐ＜ ０．０５）。病理组织检查可见关节腔内炎细胞浸润及滑膜渗出减少。结论：方剂对大鼠ＡＡ 具有抗炎及免疫调节作用 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effects of Chinese medicine Qufengshi Fangji(Fangji) on adjuvant arthritis(AA). Methods: Preparing a model of rats rheumatoid arthritis and using prednisone as a positive control, to investigate the effects of Fangji on inflammatory and immune responses. Results: Fangji inhibited swell of AA rats' paws ; decreased erythrocyte sediment rate, leukocyte counts and percentage of monocyte; increased the percentage of lymphocyte and CD 8 counts ( P <0.05); Fangji also reduced production of hemolysin antibody ( P <0.05) . Alleviated inflammatory cells' invasion in joint cavity and exudation on synovial membrane were found by pathological checking . Conclusion: Qufengshi Fangji have antiinflammatory and immunoregulative effects on AA rats. |
