| 摘 要： | 目的 研究抑凋亡基因ｂｃｌ－ ２ 和Ｐ５３ 表达与膀胱移行细胞癌间的关系。方法 采用免疫组化ＳＰ法观察７５ 例膀胱癌组织中ｂｃｌ－ ２ 基因产物和突变型Ｐ５３ 蛋白表达。结果 ｂｃｌ－ ２ 和Ｐ５３ 蛋白阳性表达率分别为４０ ％ 和４４ ％ ，ｂｃｌ－２ 和Ｐ５３ 阳性率与肿瘤侵袭性和淋巴结及远处转移有密切的关系（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） ，但与组织学分级无明显关系（ Ｐ＞ ０ ．０５） 。结论 结果提示，ｂｃｌ－ ２ 与Ｐ５３ 表达在膀胱癌发生中可能起协同作用，ｂｃｌ－ ２ 可作为评估肿瘤恶性程度、侵袭性和转移的重要参考指标之一。 |

| Abstract: | Objective We study the corelation of the apoptosis-supressing oncoprotein bcl-2 and P53 expression with bladder carcinoma. Methods The apoptosis-supressing oncoprotein bcl-2 and mutant P53 protein were assayed by immunohistochemical technique in 75 cases of bladder carcinoma.Results Positive rates of bcl-2 oncoprotein and P53 protein were 40% and 44%,respectively. The results showed that bcl-2 and P53 protein were related to the clinic stage and metastasis(P<0.05), but was not related to the tumor grade (P>0.05). Conclusion The data showed that apoptosis-supressing oncoprotein bcl-2 and mutant P53 protein play an important role in the genesis and malignant progression of bladder carcinoma, bcl-2 might be applicable as a tumor marker for the maligant potential and metastasis |
