摘    要:
[ 目的] 研究异搏定对犬肾移植缺血再灌注损伤中早期肾功能的影响及保护作用.[ 方法]实验组在移植肾动、静脉开放前20min 开始给予异搏定,对照组给予生理盐水,采集术前和移植肾动、静脉开放后2h ,24h 静脉血标本,收集24h 尿液,测定血肌酐及内生肌酐清除值.24h 后取肾皮质测肾组织细胞内钙离子含量.[ 结果] 犬肾组织细胞钙离子含量:实验组移植后24h 明显低于对照组,实验组2h ,24h 血肌酐明显低于对照组,肌酐清除值明显高于对照组,差异有显著性.[ 结论]异搏定对缺血再灌注时的钙离子的内流有阻滞作用,对犬肾自体移植缺血再灌注损伤的肾脏有保护作用,并促进肾功能的早期恢复

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of verapamil on early renal function in ischemia and reperfusion of autotransplanted kidney in experimental dogs.METHOD In the experimental groups, verapamil was administered intravenously 20 minutes before reperfusion while only saline solution was injected in the control groups instead; blood creatinine was examined before operation, 2h and 24h after renal reperfusion. The urine volume within 24h was collected to determine creatinine clearance. Twenty four hours after reperfusion, the calium content in renal tissues was examined.RESULT The calium content in the experimental group is significantly lower than that in the control group. Blood creatinine 2h and 24h after reperfusion in experimental group is significantly lower than that in control group. The value of creatinine clearance in experimental group is significantly higher than that in control group.CONCLUSION The verapamil might serve as an calcium influx blockager to prevent the toxic effects of calcium overload generated from renal ischemia and reperfusion and to protect and improve the function of kidney.
