鼠疫宿主动物本底调查

摘    要:目的 了解和掌握郑州市鼠疫宿主动物分布情况 ,为今后全面开展鼠疫防治工作积累基础资料。方法 采用鼠夹、鼠笼捕鼠法对全市 12个县市区不同月份、不同环境实施捕鼠 ,对捕获的鼠类现场鉴别后送实验室采血进行鼠疫血清学检查。结果 本次调查共布鼠笼、夹 16 179个 ,捕鼠 5 6 6只 ,鼠密度 3 5 0 % ;主要鼠种为褐家鼠 ,6县鼠密度显著高于 6区 (P <0 0 1) ,全市全年各月鼠密度变化无明显规律性。鼠疫血清学监测 182份 ,间接血凝试验均阴性。结论 说明当前我市鼠疫宿主动物间无鼠疫疫情。

Abstract:Objective To study and master the distribution of host animals of plague in Zhengzhou city and to accumulate basic date for overall prevention and control of plague hereafter. Methods On distinct surroundings,we catched rats with clips and cages in 6 counties and 6 districts of zhengzhou city each month.The rats were sent to laboratory to take blood samples for seroepidemiology examination of plague after being distinguished on the spot. Results 16179 clips and cages were used and 556 rats were captured in this study.The rat density was 3.50%.Rattus norvegicus was major species.The rat density of 6 counties was higher obviously than that of 6 districts(P<0.01).No regular change of rat density each month was found in the city.Indirect hemagglutination test of 182 blood samples all were negative.Conclusion It showed there was not plague in host animals of Zhengzhou city currently.
